01. Data controller

02. Data collected

The form collects information about your venue and its location, its rating and rooms where applicable, the nature of the project, the furniture and equipment required, the budget, the timeline, your description and your contact details.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to receive and study your request. Other fields and attachments are optional. Without the required information, the form cannot be sent.

You may attach plans or specifications in PDF, JPG or PNG. Please only send information useful to the project and avoid sensitive data or unnecessary third-party contact details.

03. Purposes and legal bases

The data is used to receive and study your request, reply to you and prepare a proposal. Pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject are the appropriate basis when they are party to the project; for a contact acting on behalf of a venue, the legitimate interest in handling professional exchanges may apply. The final qualification of these bases depending on the situation must be validated by ROVA.

Protecting the form against abuse relies on the legitimate interest in preserving the security and availability of the service. A fingerprint is computed from the IP address and email address to limit repeated requests. This pseudonymised data is not presented as anonymous.

The form checkbox covers the use of the information for your request and for contacting you. It does not constitute consent to receive marketing campaigns.

04. Access and providers

Requests are not displayed publicly. Attachments are stored in a private space that visitors cannot access. Access must be restricted to authorised persons handling requests and to the technical providers needed to host them.

To be completed: identity of providers, processing locations and safeguards applicable to any transfers outside the European Economic Area.

The site also uses Google Fonts for its typefaces. Loading them sends technical requests to Google; this is described on the Cookies and third-party services page.

05. Retention

To be completed: retention periods for requests, documents and anti-abuse data.

These periods must be defined according to the purpose of the processing and applicable obligations. No automatic deletion at a specific date is announced in this version. In the event of a subsequent contractual relationship, the retention obligations specific to the documents concerned will need to be specified.

06. Your rights

Under the conditions laid down by regulations, you may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest and request portability where applicable. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Send your request to contact@rovadesign.fr, stating your project reference if you have one. Only the information necessary to verify your identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.
